Runners' challenges, members supporting the challenges
The protagonist of the photo exhibition is the project running team'Honest(@honest.movement). From February to March, over the course of about a month, Honest used Wadiz team funding service 'Let's' to 'Haeparang Project 750' challenge project.
Wadiz Team Funding Service 'Let's'
This is a team funding service that makes it easy for anyone to start a challenge. You can launch a project in just 3 minutes and support the challenge with as much encouragement funding as you wish. 100% of the collected encouragement funding goes directly to the project leader (the person taking on the challenge, the organizer).
The 'Haeparang Project 750' is a challenge project where Team Jeongjik's nine runners ran the country's longest trail, the 'Haeparang Trail,' day and night without pause. Through the Lets Project, they raised 1.42 million won in donations and received tremendous support. Thanks to this, their race, which began on March 1st, concluded successfully on March 4th after approximately four days.

A new challenge born from the challenge
Wadizpreviewed its team funding service Letz in February and held a pre-launch event. Projects launching during the pre-launch period received promotional support and the opportunity to be selected as outstanding projects.

The Integrity Team, selected as the top project

Meeting the Leader of 'Haeparang Project 750'
To hear more about the story of the challenge of honesty, we met with Son Ji-eun, the Let's Team funding leader (host).
The 'Haeparang Project 750' is Jeongjik's second running project. Unlike the first one, is there a reason you chose to gather support through team funding?
🏃♀️ Wadiz Let's service connects people who empathize with challenges, enabling them to cheer and support one another. That point aligned perfectly with our vision to makerunning a cultural phenomenon. After all, culture is ultimately created through people's empathy and connection .
We wanted to introduce running culture by showcasing the 'Hae Parang Project 750' on Lets. We also chose Lets because it allows us to easily and quickly create projects on mobile.
Lets, do you think you made the right choice?
🏃♀️ Lets became the catalyst that turned our project into a team funding initiative and, furthermore, brought it to the attention of the public through the media. Thanks to that, we also gained significant interest and support from other runners.
During the course of the project News1contacted us for coverage, and an article was published. While marathon events are great, Let's is a team of people who want to run more enjoyably and challenge themselves on paths others haven't taken. What started as a hobby activity seeking fun became known as the Let's Project and was introduced through the media. This experience was new to all team members, making Let's deeply meaningful to us.
What do you think was the secret to receiving so much support and even being selected as the top project?
🏃♀️ I believe many runners in Korea yearned for a new running culture. Moreover, I think the challenging 750km run drew a lot of support and resonance.
From photo exhibitions to running sessions. It must have been a new challenge for Jung-sik.
🏃♀️ When I first started the Let's Project, I never imagined it would lead to an exhibition. While working on Team Jeongjik's first running project, 'TSP (The Speed Project, LA to LV 550km)', and the second running project, 'Haeparang Project 750', we captured a lot of photos and videos. So when I heard about the exhibition opportunity, I immediately thought, 'This should be a photo exhibition!' I curated the photo exhibition to let people indirectly experience Team Jeongjik's challenges.

The running session was refreshing too. We always ran with just the Jeongjik team members, but the joy of running together with people visiting Space Wadizwas something else entirely. It was especially meaningful as the first running session opened under Team Jeongjik's name, and it was a delightful experience realizing Wadizother potential.

Challenge Event Begins
Wadizis preparing events with various benefits to encourage more challenges.
Like Jeongjik's 'Haeparang Trail Project 750', we hope everyone will take on challenges, connect with supporters, and continue their endeavors in new ways. Who will be the next 'Jeongjik'?
The important thing is, it could be you reading this right now. 'Should I give it a try?'in your heart!
