We were holding our regular February “Impact Forum.” The Impact Forum is a company-wide town hall meeting where Wadiz employees share their achievements once a month. It’s Wadizprimary communication channel.

The final item on the agenda for the February forum was a presentation by CEO Shin Hye-seong. Suddenly, the comments section exploded with reactions Wadiz. The hot topic was Wadizupgraded 2022 benefits and compensation system. The announcement that received the most enthusiastic response was: “‘a signing (retention) bonus equal to 20% of base salary will be paid to all employees’

That’s why we often see news articles about companies offering signing bonuses upon hire. To provide incentives for recruiting new talent and preventing the loss of key personnel to all employees… It was truly an unprecedented announcement.

Ifpersonal growth leads to the company’s growth, and the achievements we create together translateinto rewards, wouldn’t that make the “pride” of our Wadiz team members grow even stronger? Moving forward, we’ll continue to explore Wadizunique way of working, and build a culture where we can grow together.
