Wadizhas obtained 'certification compliance' for 80 standards related to the establishment and operation of an information security management system across its services, including funding, pre-orders, and stores.
What is an Information Security Management System certification? What are its benefits?
In a nutshell, information security management system certification meansThe government has officially recognized this company's information security system!'. The Ministry of Science and ICT and the Personal Information Protection Commission consider this the highest-authority information security certification.
If a company has established appropriate processes, manuals, and devices to protect various information, including personal data, it can obtain Information Security Management System certification from the Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA). Since the certification process meticulously examines a total of 80 criteria—including the establishment of information security policies, incident response, and post-incident reviews—this certification serves as a safetyand reliabilityof the security management system.
As of September 2023, a total of 111 companies and institutions in Korea have obtained ISMS* certification. *ISMS - KISA standard

Information protection, day and night! Daily security rules
Who is responsible for protecting and securely managing information? The Information Security Team?
Wrong! The correct answer is every employee. Because the small daily habits of every employee collectively prevent security incidents and create a safe work environment. Wadiz, we have '10 Daily Security Rules' to help everyone self-check and practice security.
Given that it's called the 'Daily Security Guidelines,' we also ran an internal campaign to ensure they naturally become part of our daily lives. We posted posters throughout the office so that security rules could be followed anywhere, anytime.
Security drills were conducted, and surprise office inspections were carried out after work hours to ensure all employees remained vigilant.

We also hold a monthly Security Day to share security-related announcements and reading materials. Through the information security announcement channel on our internal messenger, you can quickly check various issues and security update information. At this point, it feels like we could practically chant "information on the inhale, security on the exhale." (The importance of information security can never be overstated, even if emphasized 100 times!)

Upgrading technology for security management is fundamental.
Of course we are continuously upgrading our technical security management system. We've implemented cloud security services (SASE), conducted information security risk assessments and vulnerability remediation, and separated personal information processor networks. The introduction of cloud security services, in particular, has opened up many new possibilities!
For instance, when working remotely from a dedicated space where individuals can focus, cloud security services (SASE) enable safer access to company networks and resources. ( Wadiz information is securely protected anytime, anywhere)
Additionally, to protect various types of information, we utilize cloud-based network separation rather than physical or logical network separation to isolate the business network from the internet network.
