January 7, 2025 | Wadiz News

– Recruitment in full swing ahead of the launch of a global funding service in the first half of the year
– Applications accepted on the Wadiz career website until January 20

The crowdfunding platform Wadizannounced on the 7th that it is conducting a public recruitment drive to expand its global operations.

Wadizis recruiting talent capable of making an impact on the global stage by 2025 to strengthen its competitiveness as a global crowdfunding platform.

A key feature of this recruitment drive is that it is not limited to a single role; applicants can apply for a wide range of positions across the business, staff, and tech sectors. Wadizwill review each applicant’s skills and aptitudes to suggest the most suitable position and assist them in selecting the right role.

In particular, those eligible for the Specialized Research Officer program may apply for positions in the tech sector. The Specialized Research Officer program allows individuals with a master’s degree or higher in science or engineering to fulfill their military service obligations by working for three years at a company designated by the Military Manpower Administration; Wadizwas selected as a designated company in 2025.

In addition, anyone with global competencies—such as foreign language skills—is eligible to apply for positions in the business and staff divisions, and foreign nationals who can communicate in Korean are also welcome to apply.

The application review process will be conducted through the Wadiz recruitment website (job.wadiz.kr/) until January 20. Candidates who pass the application review will undergo job-specific and organizational culture interviews, with final hiring decisions made in early March.

Over the past decade, Wadizhas built an ecosystem that connects the supply and demand of capital through crowdfunding, supporting new ventures and growth. As we begin 2025, Wadizis announcing its “Connect the World” vision and plans to solidify its position as a leading global crowdfunding platform.

In recognition of these efforts, Wadizwas selected as a “2024 Korea Work-Life Balance Excellence Company” by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
