What are “fees for using overseas payment services”?

This refers to the service fee charged by Wadiz platform for its basic services provided throughout the entire process of a global project—from launch to operation—targeted at supporters outside of Korea.

Benefits 

• For all payments made during global projects, the "Wadiz service fee" on amounts paid by international backers (those outside of Korea) will be set to 0%.
• Wadiz Service Fee for International Payments: 12% → 0%
  ※ The existing service fee will continue to apply to payments made by domestic (Korean) backers.

Eligibility and Conditions 

• Target Maker
  • Corporations/Sole Proprietorships: If the business registration address is in Korea
  • Individuals: Those whose registered address is in Korea
• Target Projects: Projects that have set the reward shipping type to"Worldwide Shipping"
• Items eligible for the benefit: Wadiz service fees for international transactions (transactions outside of South Korea)

Effective Date 

• This policy applies toprojects submitted on orafter 12:00 AM on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 .
  ※ Please note that projects submitted before April 1 will not be subject to the new Studio fees, so please be sure to check the submission date. 

How to Redeem the Offer

• This will be automatically applied once you select the shipping method during the project design phase, without the need for a separate application.

   2. Click the [Select and Get Benefits] buttonto receive the 0% global fee benefit

FAQ

Q. If I launch a global project, will the commission on all transactions be 0%?
A. No. Transactions made by Korean backers will still be subject to the standard service fee.
The 0% Wadiz service fee benefit applies only to “international transactions” made by international backers. 

Q. Are payment and settlement processing fees also waived?
A. Thisbenefit applies only to theWadiz Service Usage Fee”; payment and settlement processing fees will be charged as usual.  

Q. How long will this offer be available?
A.The end date forthis offerhas not yet been determined. We will notify you via a separate announcement if there are any changes.
