We met the people who help makers succeed through “flexible communication.” They are theWadiz Official Partners.”
Official partners are companies that assist makers in areas where they may be lacking—such as content creation and marketing—during the funding preparation process, guiding them toward success.
Today, I’d like to share the story of Wadiz official partners, based on conversations I had with the partners’ business managers who play a key role in selecting and managing partner teams.
Who are Wadiz official partners?
Jung Jae-beom: In a nutshell, you could say they are “partners you should officially work with when preparing a campaignWadiz.” If you prepare your campaign with Wadiz official Wadiz, you can at least avoid issues related to poor quality or excessive costs. After all, these are partners selected Wadizbased on strict criteria.

That response really conveys a sense of trust in your official partners. Could you tell us what process you used to select Wadiz official partners?
Jung Jae-beom: "The first round involved a quantitative evaluation based on application materials, and the second round involved a qualitative evaluation through interviews. During the document review,we verified candidates’ professional capabilitiesby reviewing references of detailed product pages they had previously created, as well as feedback from Wadiz PDs (Project Directors) regarding their experience collaborating with partners. In the interviews, we assessedcandidates’ work ethic and communication skills—aspects thatare difficult to gauge from written materials alone."

You mentioned that during the interview process, you focused on work ethic and communication skills. What specific aspects were most important?
Jung Jae-beom: First, we selected partners who demonstrated flexibility and a keen understanding of the intent behind interview questions. We believed that the attitude they displayed during the interview process would be the same attitude they would show the maker throughout the project. We put a lot of effort into asking questions designed to identify partners who could adapt flexibly to the maker’s requirements and accurately discern the maker’s underlying intentions.
Park Eun-hyun: So,“reliable quality,” “flexible communication,” and “growing value together” arethe key qualities I believe define an official Wadiz partner. Since these partners are selected through a rigorous screening process, I believe you can expect consistently high-quality results. They are people who can clearly grasp what the maker wants while guiding the project toward a direction that yields excellent results through flexible communication. And most importantly, I believe they are people with a genuine desire to grow alongside the maker.
Is there a reason for setting these criteria? Do you plan to continue using the same criteria when selecting partners in the future?
Jung Jae-beom:The mostfundamental reasonwas to build a “network of good partners.” I believe that communication skills are the foundation of being a “good partner.” Personally, I believe that through dialogue with collaborative partners, we can elevate a 70-point result to a 100-point result. To maximize work performance, I focused on selecting partners who can help makers articulate their needs clearly and who can provide clear guidance on what is and isn’t possible.
Park Eun-hyun:We plan to further refine our criteria for selecting partners in the future. To give a specific example,we plan to addproblem-solving skills —such as the ability to handle and resolve situations effectively even when faced with many variables—to our selection criteria . This is because various unpredictable situations can arise when partners are communicating with creators. Of course, we intendto continue upholding our core principle of selecting partners who possess both expertise and a deep understanding of Wadiz.
Given that you selected your partners based on such strict criteria, I’m curious about your plans for managing them going forward.
Park Eun-hyun: As an official partner, I think it’s important to support the sustainability of our operations. I want to design a diverse range of educational programsso that partners can grow alongside Wadiz and the makers. I want to createopportunities forpartners who already possess strong capabilitiesto further enhance their skills. Therefore, our ultimate goal is to create a virtuous cycle by providing more opportunities to partners who clearly understand the mission of Wadiz and maintain trust as official Wadiz.

Jung Jae-beom: Since a “high-quality partner network” is at the heart of our partner services , we plan to implement a “partner tier system” to ensure that, even after selection, Wadiz official partners remain valuable business partners for both Wadizthe makers. We are also planning a ‘partner rating system’.
It was an interview that really highlighted the Partner Business Team’s efforts to build a “better partner network.”
The Partner Business Team says it will continue to build a more diverse partner network to support makers throughout their funding journey.
“Competent partners who can assist with any gaps in funding preparation and guide projects to success”We look forward to seeing this group grow more diverse, and hope that
makers, partner companies, Wadizcan all grow together.
