Life design crowdfunding Wadiz(CEO Shin Hye-seong, www.wadiz.kr) announced that it will open its brand curation space,Wadiz,” at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido for a month, through June 14.

Wadizis Wadiznew curated brand that showcases crowdfunding products and brands that add new value to everyday life through offline pop-up stores. It was created to help crowdfunding creators, who started their businesses online, connect with customers in person. The first exhibition will be held on the 4th floor of The Hyundai Seoul, a shopping mecca beloved by the MZ generation.

Wadizhas continued to support makers in expanding their sales channels and achieving growth following successful crowdfunding campaigns. To provide customer touchpoints for brands without physical showrooms, Wadizopened Wadiz“Space Wadizin 2020. Starting with the Hyundai Department Store Pangyo branch last December, the company has hosted pop-up stores at major branches of Hyundai, Lotte, and Shinsegae Department Stores to showcase key products and help successful small brands expand their sales channels.

The Wadizspace has been designed to allow visitors to explore and purchase products from makers—whom they’ve previously encountered through online crowdfunding and store purchases—in person. It features two teams of makers verified Wadizand products curated directly Wadiz. The lineup of makers and products rotates every 10 days, adding the fun of discovering new makers and funded items with every visit.

The first maker introduced Wadizis “Offgrid,” a brand dedicated to the environment and sustainability. Offgrid is a brand that garnered significant attention during its crowdfunding campaign, attracting over 6,000 supporters and raising a total of 900 million won. The pop-up, running through the 24th, will feature jackets made from eco-friendly fabrics and graphic T-shirts featuring endangered animals.

From June 5 to 14, “Risl,” which has raised over 1.4 billion won in cumulative funding Wadizfor its everyday hanbok collection, will be visiting Wadiz. Risl is the first hanbok brand to debut at Milan Fashion Week and has garnered attention for creating outfits for K-pop stars such as BTS’s Jimin, Taemin, and Chungha. At this pop-up, Risl will showcase a variety of athleisure lines and travel-friendly hanbok, all curated to suit the tastes of its customers.
