With "Wa Delivery," Wadiz stores the maker's products at Wadiz dedicated fulfillment center and handles everything Wadiz—from order and shipping management to fast delivery and customer service. Since its launch in March of last year, Wabaesong has seen its average monthly sales increase more than 3.5-fold in just about a year, and its usage continues to grow. When a creator applies for the “Wa Delivery” service after joining the store, they gain access to the Wadiz logistics center, where orders are shipped directly from the center to ensure fast delivery. If a customer places an order before 4:00 p.m., same-day shipping is guaranteed. Another key benefit is that products are featured on a dedicated “Wa Delivery” page, allowing creators to benefit from marketing exposure without the need for additional advertising.
Through this initiative, Wadizaims to support small and medium-sized businesses—which often struggle to secure shipping contracts due to irregular order volumes or face staffing shortages—by reducing their workload in areas such as order management, shipping, and customer service, thereby allowing them to focus on creating better products.
