– Ministry of SMEs and Startups partners with the Small Business Distribution Center to establish a growth support program for small business owners
– Provision of detailed page creation or advertising marketing worth 2 million won, crowdfunding education and participation in special events, sales channel support for outstanding companies, and more
Life Design funding platform Wadizannounced on the 8th that it is recruiting 150 small business teams to participate in its startup funding support program.
This program is part of the Small Business Online Shopping Mall Sales Support Project operated by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small Business Distribution Center. Wadizsupports small business owners in launching and succeeding with crowdfunding campaigns, helping early-stage entrepreneurs who face challenges in securing funding and acquiring customers.
The 150 selected companies will receive detailed page creation or advertising marketing services worth 2 million won. Furthermore, they can benefit from educational programs to enhance their understanding of crowdfunding, guaranteed participation in dedicated promotional events for the support program, and sales channel support for outstanding companies after their funding projects conclude—all designed to help boost their sales growth.
Any small business owner with a business registration number can participate. The participation process requires first registering as a corporate member on the Panpandaero website (fanfandaero.kr) operated by the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center, then applying for the online shopping mall sales support program and being selected.
Wadiz Vice President Choi Dong-cheol stated, "While crowdfunding is an essential gateway for small business owners to expand their sales channels, many startups face burdens such as insufficient funds or manpower during the funding preparation and promotion process." He added, "We hope this support program will be of great help in opening up sales channels for small business owners and startups."
Meanwhile, Wadizhas participated for three consecutive years in the online shopping mall sales support program operated by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small and Medium Business Distribution Center. Through this support, over 240 companies have achieved cumulative crowdfunding fundraising of more than 3.6 billion won.
