Wadiz(CEO Shin Hye-seong, www.wadiz.kr) is accelerating its efforts to identify global B2B makers, with a focus on the Asian market, and to expand its operations in China.

Wadizannounced on the 4th that Wadizparticipated in “BEYOND EXPO 2026” in Macau from May 27 to 30, where it shared strategies for global brands to enter the Korean and Asian markets and strengthened cooperation with local Chinese makers.

Now in its sixth year, Beyond Expo is Asia’s largest technology innovation fair, attracting approximately 30,000 attendees, over 1,200 exhibiting companies, and more than 400 speakers. This year’s event was held under the theme “AI: Digital to Physical” and featured global innovators and investors in the fields of physical AI, hardware, and consumer goods.

Shin Hye-sung, CEO Wadiz, was invited to speak at the “BGlobal Summit” session held on May 28 as the representative speaker for a Korean platform for the second consecutive year. In particular, during this session, CEO Shin Hye-sung joined other leading crowdfunding platform executives representing various countries—including Ryotaro Nakayama, CEO of Japan’s Makuake, and Ben Lee, Head of Hardware Business at Taiwan’s Zeczec—to discuss ways to expand cooperation within the Asian crowdfunding ecosystem and strategies for cross-border market expansion.

In addition, Martin Mozming, who joined Wadiz this year as Head of China, participated in a dedicated booth to engage directly with local makers, including innovative Chinese brands and hardware companies. At the event, there was a steady stream of inquiries regarding entering the Korean market and strategies for acquiring early customers through crowdfunding, and Wadizshowcased its global services, including AI translation, global payment options, and country-specific shipping settings.

CEO Shin Hye-sung said, “Asia is now becoming interconnected as a single market,” adding,Wadizserves as a hub for the crowdfunding ecosystem by connecting Asian brands with supporters.”

Meanwhile, since launching Wadizglobal service in May of last year, Wadizhas expanded its reach among global consumers, with supporters signing up from 117 countries and actual payments being made in over 40 countries. Furthermore, following the opening of an office in Tokyo, Japan, last year, the company opened another office in Shenzhen, China, in April of this year, thereby strengthening its push into the Asian market.
