About 1,000 projects launch Wadizevery month, bringing something new to our many supporters. However, there are also makers whose projects—despite being truly compelling—don’t reach a wide audience, which is a real shame.
To help great creators and projects reach a wider audience, Wadizis launching a new project in collaboration with the MapleStory IP, known for its captivating stories and characters. Wadiz, MapleStory characters will be brought to life in a variety of unique merchandise never seen before.
Fans Maker: Bringing you closer to everyday life
The Fans Maker Project isn’t just about using MapleStory characters; it’s designed to bring the game into fans’ everyday lives through products they use in their kitchens, on their walks, and in other familiar settings. It’s a valuable opportunity for the makers creating these products, and it gives fans a chance to extend their gaming experience into their daily lives.

Q. What are you looking forward to from theWadiz crowdfunding campaign?
In the past, people used to buy things out of necessity, but nowadays, many people buy things based on their personal preferences rather than just what they need. We launched this crowdfunding campaign featuring the MapleStory character Pink Bean, but I believe the product line has great potential to expand significantly to include a variety of other characters in the future.

Due to the pandemic, MapleStory has had fewer opportunities to share memorable experiences with our customers in person. To make up for this, we launched the Fans Maker Project to deliver high-quality merchandise. We hope that the valuable experience gained from this project will serve as a foundation for the MapleStory IP—and indeed, for many other IPs—to create more opportunities to connect with customers and earn their affection!
