The Wadiz Awards are Wadiz official awards that recognize the best makers who presented new possibilities for everyday life and brought about positive change through Wadiz funding over the course of a year.
Five awards ceremonies have been held through 2022. On average, 120 teams are selected each year, with over 600 makers honored to date. This provides makers with the genuine prestige of beingWadiz '.
Wadizhosts many small brands and creators who start with their own unique stories. We showcase the pride of growing through customer support and funding in the form of 'Awards'.
‘A platform that provides opportunities for challenge’
The Wadiz Awards convey the very purpose of Wadiz while celebrating and cheering on the makers who have driven growth throughout the year.
The significance of the Wadiz lies in the fact that the final selections are determined by supporters' votes. Supporters are customers and fans who resonate with the brand's values, participate in funding, and provide generous feedback.
Approximately 13,000 members participated in the 2022 vote, about three times the number from the previous year. Can you see the heightened interest in Wadiz?

Having already reached its fifth edition, some makers have earned the honor of consecutive wins. With 55 teams participating, the Wadiz platform continues to see an increase in brands creating new beginnings and achieving sustained growth.
Which brands led the funding market in 2022?
We selected over 100 teams as candidates for the Wadiz Awards by synthesizing various achievements.
From October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022, we selected 100 teams from the top 5% of makers based on a comprehensive score that included funding amount raised, encore funding requests, likes, comments, endorsement signatures, satisfaction ratings, refund rates, and Wadiz Store listing status.
Maker selected as one of the Top 10 at the 2022 Wadiz Awards
The top 10 makers raised an average of 350 million won in funding this year. Their average satisfaction rating was 4.73. Among them, the top-ranked 'Mastermind Group' garnered attention with its 'non-melting Jewel Ice' and has raised nearly 1 billion won in funding to date.

Who is the Top 1 Maker of 2022?
Mastermind Group, which developed 'non-melting ice' and raised a cumulative 900 million won in funding, is the top maker among the 2022 Wadiz Awards Top 10.
Targeting whiskey ice, they believed the overseas market would be larger and first tried the U.S. funding platform 'Kickstarter'. After that, they challenged Wadiz funding. By actively incorporating feedback from Wadiz following their first project failure, they achieved even greater success.

We raised a cumulative total of 200 million won in funding and received a perfect 5-star rating for product satisfaction, earning recognition from our supporters. Following the successful funding campaign, the brand successfully launched on the Wadiz store and completed an offline pop-up exhibition. Recognized for these achievements, it also secured follow-on investment fromWadiz '.
