– Employees participate in designing AI collaboration models through internal championships
– Transitioning beyond AI adoption to becoming an organization that works alongside AI begins in earnest
Wadiz(CEO Shin Hye-seong, www.wadiz.kr) announced that it is applying its AI agent service 'WAi' to the actual work of all employees, thereby enhancing its organizational culture to establish AI as a 'way of working'.
While many companies view AI adoption as a benchmark for competitiveness, Wadiztook a step further by focusing on 'how to connect AI with people to work together.' This marks a shift from being an organization that tests or evaluates AI to one where all members directly design how they work alongside AI.
WAi is WadizAI agent service introduced last July, supporting the entire funding process from responding to maker inquiries to project review and translation. Wadizdesigned its AI not to be limited to specific departments or roles, but for all employees to use in their work.
To this end, Wadizoperated the 'WAi Championship,' a company-wide participation program. The WAi Championship is a program designed to establish WadizAI organizational culture system, encouraging all employees—regardless of whether they are developers or non-developers—to directly use WAi, share their experiences, and propose improvement ideas.
Data also confirmed high participation among members. A total of 192 employees, representing 95% of the entire workforce, installed the WAi app, visited it daily, and actively contributed ideas for improving WAi's features.
Particularly noteworthy is that beyond simple participation, approximately 300 improvement proposals were submitted and actually incorporated into service enhancements. About 40% of participating members provided repeated and active feedback, yielding meaningful insights on AI utilization from a practical work perspective.
WAi will continue to work alongside Wadiz members to create mutual complementarity and synergy, while also directly representing Wadizat customer touchpoints to communicate on its behalf.
Shin Hye-sung, CEO Wadiz, stated, "In the AI era, what matters isn't just who adopts technology faster, but how that technology connects with people." He added, "Wadizwill continue to design ways for our members to work alongside AI through direct participation, ensuring that this process itself becomes a source of organizational competitiveness."
