– Employees participate in designing AI collaboration models through an in-house championship
– The company is accelerating its transition from merely adopting AI technology to becoming an organization that works alongside AI
Wadiz(CEO Shin Hye-seong, www.wadiz.kr) announced that it is integrating its AI agent service, “WAi,” into the day-to-day work of all employees, thereby advancing an organizational culture that embeds AI as a standard part of the work process.
While many companies view the adoption of AI as a measure of competitiveness, Wadizhas taken it a step further by focusing on “how to connect AI with people in the workplace.” This marks a shift from an organization that merely tests or evaluates AI to one where every member actively designs how to work alongside AI.
WAi is WadizAI agent service, launched last July, which supports the entire funding process—from responding to maker inquiries to project review and translation. Wadizdesigned its AI to be used by all employees in their daily work, rather than limiting it to specific departments or roles.
To this end Wadizlaunched the “WAi Championship,” a company-wide participatory program. Designed to establish WadizAI organizational culture, the WAi Championship encouraged all employees—regardless of whether they were developers or non-developers—to use WAi firsthand and share their feedback and suggestions for improvement.
The data also confirmed a high level of employee engagement. A total of 192 employees—95% of the workforce—installed the WAi app, visited it daily, and actively contributed ideas for improving its features.
Of particular note is that, beyond mere participation, a total of approximately 300 improvement suggestions were submitted and incorporated into actual service enhancements. About 40% of the participants provided consistent and proactive feedback, generating meaningful insights into the practical application of AI from a real-world business perspective.
WAi plans to continue working alongside Wadiz members to foster mutual complementarity and synergy, as well as to represent Wadizdirectly in communications with customers.
Shin Hye-sung, CEO Wadiz, said, “I believe that in the age of AI, what matters is not just who adopts the technology faster, but how we connect that technology with people.” He added,Wadizwill continue to involve our employees directly in designing how we work with AI, ensuring that this process itself becomes a source of competitive advantage for the organization.”
