풍석 서유구 선생의 <임원경제지>를 기반으로 우리 전통을 되살리고 이를 현대화하는 사업을 진행하고 있어요.
풍석문화재단의 음식연구소에서는 <임원경제지>의 음식요리 백과사전을 복원하여 200년 전 조선 어머니의 손맛을 21세기로 소환하고자, ‘조선셰프 서유구’ 시리즈를 제작해 와디즈에서 최초로 선보이게 되었습니다.
