Wadiz(CEO Shin Hye-seong, www.wadiz.kr)announced that it will debutWadiz Mu-ji-eom 2025,” a large-scale art and culture fair for creators, this coming October.
According Wadiz, funding in the art sector from July to August this year increased by 941% compared to the same period last year, marking more than a tenfold growth. During the same period, the number of transactions increased 13-fold and the number of projects doubled, demonstrating a broad expansion of demand in the art sector.
Building on the growing trend of funding in the arts and culture sector, this event provides full support to help creators connect with domestic and international supporters through Wadiz, thereby securing both a fan base and market potential.
"Wadiz Mujieom" is an exhibition designed to be open to everyone, free from discrimination, boundaries, and barriers.
One of its key features is that it is open to everyone from emerging artists to established masters across various fields, including art, publishing, and e-books. The accompanying exhibition is scheduled to run for two weeks, from October 23 to November 5, and applications from participating artists will be accepted until October 14.
Participating artists who launch their projects during the exhibition period will receive a coupon covering the full cost, Wadiz, as well as free marketing benefits exclusive to the exhibition.
In addition, projects selected as flagship projects will receive additional support, including prominent placement at the top of the Wadiz homepage, CRM marketing, and content uploads to our owned media channels. Notably, all participating artists will receive an invitation to the “2025 Wadiz Art & Culture Conference.”
The conference will be held online via live stream from September 10 to 11. Speakers will include a Wadiz producer specializing in art and culture, as well as artist Bae Seong-gyu—a Wadiz success story who has raised over 200 million won in cumulative funding—who will share strategies for creators to enter the market and tips for success.
