Ding-dong! This is Hong Jin-guk from the PR team. The fifth edition ofWadizLittle Updates” has just arrived!
As the sayings “end well” and “start strong, finish weak” suggest, a “good ending” is quite important in everything we do. Today’s update is about our internal event to wrap up the year Wadiz: the “2022 Wadiz Year-End Party.”
This place is just as festive as Santa's Village—it's the Wadiz Year-End Party!
In December, when the festive spirit of the holiday season was in full swing throughout the office, the Wadiz Pangyo office held its year-end party. Dressed in a variety of colorful outfits to match the RED & GREEN dress code,Wadizfilled the Culture Center to capacity. To celebrate the occasion, the Culture Center hosted an in-house flea market and a Polaroid photo booth event.
Hong Jin-guk has appointed the recruitment team as his personal "Best Dressed" squad. Ta-da!
The flea market featured IT equipment—such as MacBooks and Galaxy Watches—from the General Affairs Team, as well as items donated by our members. We’re told that all proceeds will be donated. As expected… Wadiz: Where diverse people come together to build a better world—a move that’s truly in keeping with Wadiz’s spirit!

Let's get the year-end party started!
The time for our promised year-end party was finally here. The party was held via YouTube Live. The Jinguk fans gathered one by one on the channel hosting the event and exchanged greetings in the chat.
And finally, with Mudolf (see the photo below for the meaning of "Mudolf" 😁) as the host, the year-end party began!

The first item on the agenda for the year-end party was the December Praise Relay. The star of November’s Praise Relay Who did Senior Designer So Hyun-seop choose to praise? The colleague he described as being like training wheels on a bicycle was none other than Senior Designer Kim Tae-sung from Service Design Team 2!
Wadiz 5 Principles The Praise Relay, launched last March based on the third of the Wadiz 5 Principles—"We fulfill each other’s needs"—aims to recognize outstanding talent with genuine dedication. As we looked back at the participants of the Praise Relay who have met the needs of various colleagues over the past year, we were reminded once again thatWadiz best benefit is its colleagues.”
What are the results of our unwavering determination?
Next, we held our 2022 performance review. Our presenter, CFO Hwang Cheol-woo, consistently helps our team members understand the material with his easy-to-follow explanations and spot-on analogies during every review session.
The key phrase that emerged from this review was “Beautiful.” It signifies that although 2022 didn’t start off easily, we didn’t give up and ultimately produced a graph with a beautiful shape. Just like our national soccer team, which advanced to the Round of 16 at the 2022 Qatar World Cup with an unyielding spirit.

The 2022 Wadiz Year-End Settlement is Here!
What’s the highlight of the end of the year? Tax settlement, of course! We watched a video looking back Wadiz2022 with Wadiz Top 10 News.
In 2022, Wadizcontinued its various initiatives and achievements under its new vision: “Creating a world where anyone can take on a challenge.” We established systems to enable more makers to take on new challenges (simplified review processes, individual crowdfunding, and reduced funding fees), and through diverse content (Wadiz School Maker Day, Success Story Interviews, and the Funding Lab), we brought makers Wadizcloser together.
We’ve also laid the groundwork for many makers to grow by providing follow-up distribution support both online and offline (Wadiz Store, Hyundai Department Store pop-up stores) and offering co-growth programs (Wadiz Next Brand).
As our categories expanded to include big brands, global projects, and influencers, we were able to connect with creators from a wide variety of fields. We also enhanced our services—including the Creator Page, feed features, and a redesign of the main page—to better support creators in their success and challenges. 2022 was truly a year of great achievements!

I was nervous, thinking my name might be called, but
We really gave it our all! Following these heartwarming programs, we held an exciting Lucky Draw. The prizes included Wadiz Awards 2022 , including a massage device, Highball Blend, and a cold brew maker. Among them, the grand prize—a weekend stay at Pyeongchang Phoenix Park—went to Mr. Kim Tae-ho from the Advertising Business Team!
Before his name was called, Pro Kim Tae-ho had said that if he won first prize, he would give the prize to a fellow team member. As if by a twist of fate, Pro Kim Tae-ho actually won! When he shared his thoughts and said he would keep his promise, he brought big laughs and surprise to the Jin-gu members watching the year-end party.

No one can work alone at Moil. Every year at the end of the year, Wadizshares “Thank You” messages with colleagues to express our gratitude. With hearts full of anticipation, we opened the cards to see which colleagues had sent us messages of thanks this year, bringing our year-end party to a heartwarming close!
