Life design funding platform Wadizannounced on the 17th that it is recruiting participants for the first cohort of its “2023 Crowdfunding Expert Training Program” ahead of its launch.
The “2023 Crowdfunding Expert Training Program” is a program designed to cultivate experts in the startup ecosystem who can provide funding consulting to aspiring entrepreneurs, startups, and small business owners, and develop the skills to assist them in actually securing funding.
Wadizwill hold the “2023 Crowdfunding Expert Training Program (1st Cohort)” once a week from September 19 to October 17 (for a total of five weeks) in the Seoul and Gyeonggi regions. First, for prospective participants, the company plans to hold online pre-enrollment briefings every Monday from August 21 to September 4 to provide details about the training program and consultant activities.
Upon completing the “2023 Crowdfunding Expert Training Program,” participants will be eligible for benefits such as: ▲ aWadiz Consultant” certification; ▲ the opportunity to list “deals (projects)”Wadizand receive commission when launching a Maker Funding project; and ▲ incentives based on the amount of funding raised.
This training is open to anyone, including aspiring entrepreneurs, startup planners, business consultants, and university startup support teams, as well as students and working professionals who are interested in fundraising and wish to generate income through a side business.
Wadizplans to expand the program nationwide, starting with Seoul and Gyeonggi for the first session and Busan for the second, and is offering various tuition discounts to celebrate the program’s launch.
A Wadiz representative stated, “The goal is to foster crowdfunding experts who can recommend makers and help projects succeed, thereby revitalizing the startup ecosystem and creating a virtuous cycle.” They added, “We also expect this initiative to help alleviate the concentration of venture startups in the Seoul metropolitan area by cultivating regional experts dedicated to supporting entrepreneurship.”
