Wadiz(CEO Shin Hye-seong, www.wadiz.kr) announced on the 30th that it has published a transparency report detailing its operational status since transitioning to a full-process AI monitoring system on April 13.
On April 13,Wadiztransitioned from a pre-approval system for funding projects to a full-process AI monitoring system. This report marks the first time the company has publicly disclosed actual data on monitoring status, reported cases, and corrective actions since the transition. It is significant in that it transparently reveals the overall operational status of AI monitoring, going beyond responses to individual issues.
From April 13 to April 25,Wadizconducted AI monitoring on a total of 576 ongoing projects. By analyzing project content, products, and community reactions in real time, the company proactively detected potential violations of standards and responded through a step-by-step process—including requests for clarification, non-display, and suspension—when issues were identified.
The average time from issue detection to resolution is one day. The main types of detected issues were false or exaggerated advertising claims (42%), expressions requiring legal caution (28%), and expressions that could be mistaken for investment or financial advice (18%). To help users clearly understand Wadizoperational standards, the company shared representative cases where issues were detected and addressed during this monitoring period.
Additionally, the “Report” feature allows anyone—including supporters, makers, and external users—to directly report issues related to projects. While AI monitoring checks all projects, the “Report” feature serves as a communication channel through which users can directly report specific issues that arise during actual use.
A total of 14 reports were submitted during this period, and 11 of them led to actual corrective actions. Along with this system transition, the ‘Report’ process has been comprehensively upgraded from the user’s perspective, introducing feedback on processing results and customized reporting forms tailored to each issue type.
AWadiz representative stated,Wadizvision is to create a world where anyone can take on a challenge,” adding, “We will safeguard the entire process—from the moment a maker’s challenge begins to the connection with supporters—and transparently share its status every week.”
Meanwhile, the full transparency report is available on the Wadiz Maker Center (https://makercenter.wadiz.kr/menu/23) and is updated weekly.
