If you're curious about the thought process behind creating a meaningful impact, you won't want to miss this story! I'm writing down my planning notes right now—filled to the brim with deep reflection and genuine passion✍

Please introduce yourself!
Hello. I’m K, a planner leading the Wadiz Media Content Team.
I plan and produce a variety of contentWadiz.
What is the project note we're releasing today?

I'm curious about why you decided to create this series.
Did you know that Wadizfamous brands like Ringti and Super Matcha got their start? Many other brands have also achieved significant growth Wadiz. There are actually so many unsung success stories out there. I wanted to share their stories in an engaging way. Stories like “I studied mainly from textbooks” don’t really resonate, do they? I wanted to share interesting stories that focus on the “how.”
Was this kind of content not available before?
We’ve covered stories about all kinds of makers, but there wasn’t any content that presented success stories in an easy and entertaining way.
I wanted to create a space where successful makers could excitedly share, “Look how I succeeded Wadiz!” I believed that these diverse success stories would serve as valuable educational resources for makers visiting Wadizand as a funding guide for supporters. I also hoped that easy access to these success stories would encourage more people to launch their own funding campaigns.

What was the first thing you did?
I’ve compiled a list of terms frequently usedWadiz. The keywords “funding success” and “successful funding” really stood out to me. So, I decided to cover the topic of “successful funding.” Once I did that, the idea evolved into creating something more than just a simple interview—I wanted to give it a unique concept.
I'm curious about the storyline behind the "successful funding."
The concept is an "interrogation room," and the format follows an interrogation style.
In the opening, the interviewer lists the maker’s name, number of backers, and total funding amount, then gives the maker a chance to briefly introduce themselves. The segment then covers getting started on Wadiz, preparing for the campaign, the funding process, and what happens after the campaign ends. If there are interesting features of the product, they are demonstrated live, and depending on the situation, the maker’s expertise is verified through blind tests.
What are some key points to watch for in the Achievement Room content?
We conduct a blind test to see how well the makers know their own products. The production team hopes they get it wrong, while the makers desperately hope they get it right. The tension on set is palpable, and if they get it wrong, a "don’t laugh" challenge begins. It’ll be fun for viewers to watch and see if the maker can successfully pass the blind test. Through this test, you can feel the maker’s passion and love for their product.

The "interrogation room" concept feels fresh, too.
How did this concept come about?
“I need to come up with a fun concept so that success stories don’t feel out of reach,”I thought to myself. “What if we turn this into an ‘interrogation’ rather than a ‘report’?” The idea suddenly struck me. When I shortened “Success Interrogation,” it became “Achievement,” and I figured that since successful makers would feel a sense of accomplishment, the title could convey both meanings. At the end of the program, all the makers shout the same phrase. “I recommend Wadizto all makers in the world who dream of success and achievement.” This conveys the idea that Wadizis a place where success happens and where people achieve their goals.
Did this concept actually work out well?
Just by changing a single character in the word “reporting” to make it “interrogation,” the level of interest is completely different. There were many intriguing elements to be found by “interrogating” the funding process. The detective, acting as the interviewer, interrogates the maker throughout the entire funding process, grilling them with questions and demanding answers. This is where Wadizstrengths subtly come to the fore. Even when the maker is pleased with the positive reviews left by supporters, the detective gives them a disapproving look.
This is a story that wouldn’t have been possible if it had been presented as a “news report.” That’s because news reports tend to frame success stories in a one-sided, idealized way. Just by giving the interviewer the persona of a “detective,” the range of stories we can draw out becomes endless. It really shows just how much of a difference that one small detail can make in content.
I think they came up with a really good name for the series.
I have a bit of a professional quirk. (Laughs) I love coming up with names and assigning meanings to things—so much so that people even call me “the Naming Agency.” Since I do this in my daily life, my professional quirk tends to kick in even more when I’m working.

Who is the Successful Funding Investigation Office for?
I thought it would be great not only for aspiring makers who come Wadizbecause of high demand, I thought it would be great for people who naturally come across the content on other platforms like YouTube to see it as well. I thought it would be motivating to see people taking on such passionate challenges. Everyone—from aspiring makers and makers preparing for an encore campaign to supporters curious about a maker’s history—will enjoy watching it.
There was a really diverse range of creators there.
Were there any specific criteria for selecting the creators?
There are clear criteria for defining a successful makerWadiz. Among these, I focused on makers with a supporter satisfaction rating of 3.5 or higher and those who successfully completed their funding campaigns and launched their products in the store. Then, I sent them direct contact emails.
It sounds like you put a lot of effort into this.
Could you also tell us the story behind how you cast Jeon Min-ki as the MC?
I used to work at a broadcasting station. I searched for a host using the various contacts and resources I’d built up during my time in broadcasting.
Among them, I felt that broadcaster Jeon Min-ki was the best fit, so I arranged a meeting right away. Meeting him in person only strengthened my conviction. Through my persistent efforts, I was able to secure him as “Detective Jeon.” I am truly grateful to Jeon Min-ki for agreeing to become “Detective Jeon” for Seungchil, even while he is juggling a heavy broadcasting schedule.

I heard you filmed two episodes in a single day. Was there a particular reason for that?
By filming two episodes at once, we can provide more consistent content to creators and supporters.
Is there anything in particular you pay special attention to during post-production?
We consider whether the creator’s genuine passion for rewards and their know-how for success are conveyed clearly and concisely. That’s why it takes a total of two weeks to produce a single piece of content.
It's going to take two weeks?
After filming, we plan the edit using the preview (a file containing all the recorded footage). Since each episode usually runs a little over an hour, think of this as the process of cutting it down to under 10 minutes. Trimming down a long piece takes a lot of time.
Once the structure is finalized after cutting and cutting again, we work on the subtitles. Then we proceed with the final touches, such as adding music and sound effects. The final product is completed after receiving feedback from the team members.

The filming location really suited the interrogation room.
Where was this filmed?
We mainly filmed in the basement ofWadiz. The dreamy, dark atmosphere fit the show’s concept perfectly. Add to that the black lamp, typewriter, and filing cabinet, and it was just like an interrogation room.
Thank you for the interview.
Finally, do you have a message for your viewers?
