Wadizhas a culture that demonstrates how much we value our colleagues. We pass on compliments to encourage colleagues who have met our needs and left a positive impression. Praise Relay. Every month at the Impact Forum, based on Wadiz and “Jinguk’s Way of Working,” we recognize a colleague who serves as a role model “Jin-goo of the Month”*—a colleague who serves as a role model—based on Wadiz’s Three Principles and “How Jin-gook Works.”

This month’s “Jinguk” is chosen by last month’s “Jinguk,” who also shares the specific reasons for the selection. During this process, we gather feedback from others to ensure that the person I’ve chosen truly deserves the praise. That’s why there’s never any controversy over the selection—it’s never happened before!

The scene at the Impact Forum where they announce this month’s “Jin-gook” is just like a scene from a movie where someone is saying goodbye to a lover: “As for our Jin-gook…”
What if you were the star of the praise relay?
Since August 2017, approximately 59 people have been selected as "Jinguk of the Month" and received praise from their colleagues. When selected as the star of the Praise Relay, you receive a poster featuring your “Better Message”—a personal aspiration you set when you joined the company—along with a studio-quality profile photo, and 100,000 funding points. One of these posters is proudly displayed on the wall of the Culture Center* at the Pangyo office.
*Culture Center: A cultural space where Wadiz events and club activities take place. It houses the Wadiz in-house café.

My motto is “We make things #way better.” In my work, I always ask myself if I’m doing things the right way and if there’s a better approach. I believe those choices ultimately pave the way for a better future and deliver value to both makers and supporters.

How would you describe what I do in a single sentence?
I see myself as someone who cultivates an environment where our employees can work more happily. To achieve this, I establish institutional frameworks for work, performance evaluations, and employee benefits, and I help create a fun atmosphere and culture through various events and activities. Ultimately, all of this contributes to creating an environment where our employees can perform their best. If I were to express a personal wish, I hope that our employees can go beyond simply doing their jobs “well” and instead work “happily.”
