[Wassoso] Little updates Wadiz, brought to you by our PR manager, Hong Jin-guk. We’ll introduce Wadiz life and fun culture of the Jin-guks.
Hello, this is Hong Jin-guk from the PR team, back with the third edition ofWadiz News.” Today, I’d like to share a story about the “club” activities of our team members who love to work, play, and have fun together.
The true beginning of the "endemic"—let’s meet in person

A poster for "Wadongso" displayed at the entrance to Wadiz in-house café, "Culture Center"
Bright, eye-catching posters have started appearing all over theWadiz office.
They were none other than posters recruiting members for Wadizemployee clubs, which have been featured in various media outlets.
Wadizactively encourages the formation of various clubs based on individual hobbies and interests” (Economic Review)
“There are currently eight clubs in operation, ranging from stretching to flower arranging, painting, board games, and sports. The company’s sense of humor is evident even in the names of the clubs, such as ‘Soothe My Tired Body’ (the stretching club) and ‘Come On Over’ (theWadiz board game club).” (Sisa Journal)
“We also provide financial support for employee clubs to foster team spirit” (Money Today)
Since February 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic was at its peak, Wadizlong-standing internal clubs were put on hold. Currently, under Wadizflexible work policy, Wadizcan choose between working in the office and working from home. As more colleagues have started coming into the office amid the shift toward an endemic phase, Wadiz’ve naturally decided to restart our club activities ☺

Recruitment posters for various Wadiz clubs, including soccer, basketball, music, stretching, and flower arranging
From active clubs that get you sweating through daily activities like soccer, basketball, and golf stretching, to clubs like flower arranging and painting that are more sedate but add a little fun to everyday life, and even band clubs where you can show off your talents to your heart’s content—a wide variety of clubs have announced their reopening and are recruiting members.
The "IntroducingWadizClubs" event, held at Wadiz company Wadiz, featured a variety of activities and giveaways.
Even though the event lasted just one hour in the morning, a huge number ofWadizmembers participated and cheered enthusiastically.

행사를 알리는 각 동호회의 열정적인 <모집 공고>

Each club had its own booth, featuring areas where visitors could learn about the club and try out some of its activities. At the basketball club “Basket,” participants who scored 50 or more baskets within a set time limit received sports gear as a gift. (I, the writer, also participated fiercely (?) and received a NOO wrist brace. 😏)
When you visited a club booth, you received a stamp, and if you collected stamps from all the booths, you were given a coffee voucher for the company café, “His Beans.” There was also a “Roll the Dice” game where, if you rolled the same number as the MC, you received a gift card as a prize.

It’s been a long time since the pandemic that we’ve held an event with a bit of an activity mixed in. It was a moment that showed just how much our employees had been looking forward to having something fun to enjoy with their colleagues.
(The author, who visited all the club booths featured at Wadongso and ended up joining three of them…)

Club. Let's meet again~ Please~
