- Wadiz Global Pavilion to curate and showcase successful funding offerings
- From deal negotiation to export process, we deal with overseas buyers and help successful companies expand overseas.
- "We will discover innovative and competitive domestic products to support export business in earnest"
WADIZANNOUNCED TODAY THAT IT HAS PARTICIPATED IN G-FAIR KOREA 2024, THE LARGEST TRADE FAIR IN SOUTH KOREA, TO SHOWCASE ITS POTENTIAL FOR OVERSEAS EXPANSION.
G-Fair Korea, an event that helps small and medium-sized enterprises expand their sales in Korea and enter overseas markets, is the largest specialized export exhibition in Korea, now in its 27th year. Organized by the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency, it was held from October 31 to November 2 at KINTEX in Goyang.
Wadiz set up the 'Wadiz Global Pavilion' for three days to curate and introduce products of small and medium-sized brands that have achieved great results through crowdfunding. Representative products include 'Noctane Pack' by beauty brand 'Recipe & Co', which has accumulated 2.4 billion won in funding, and 'Asabi Crunch' by convenience health brand 'Rootin', which has driven the 'Asabi craze' trend with its unique formulation.
Wadizacted as an overseas sales team for Korean SMEs, helping successful funded companies expand overseas by communicating directly with them from negotiating deal terms to the export process.
This gives Overseas Buyer a reliable source of funding-validated product listings for Korean customers, and allows Korean SMEs to knock on the doors of overseas markets with their products.
On November 1, the second day of the event, we held a briefing session on "Korean product trends based on data from Wadiz, Korea's largest crowdfunding Wadiz ". Overseas buyers from India, Southeast Asia, and Japan attended the event and showed great interest in Korean products.
"PARTICIPATING IN G-FAIR WAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO BETTER SHOWCASE THE INNOVATIVE AND COMPETITIVE PRODUCTS OF KOREAN SMES OVERSEAS," SAID SHIN HYE-SUNG, CEO OFWADIZ. "WADIZWILL CONTINUE TO HELP KOREAN START-UP BRANDS SUCCEED IN OVERSEAS MARKETS."
Meanwhile, Wadizplans to continue to expand its support for domestic SMEs to sell overseas by establishing a dedicated team in charge of overseas sales. In September, Wadiz participated in the Tokyo International Gift Show 2024 held at Tokyo Big Sight, exhibiting popular Wadiz products and consulting with about 40 Japanese buyers.
WadizMaker plans to start a full-scale export support business by providing only product samples, and Wadizwill be directly involved in overseas sales, from booth planning to local operations, to ensure successful transactions.
