A Wadiz Intern's Product Review: Hands-On Experience at a Crowdfunding Event

I know all too well how important sunscreen is, but in the summer, I’m always worried about how heavy my skin looks and how tedious the routine is—what with applying sunscreen, primer, and foundation. Apparently, you can skip all that hassle and that heavy feeling with just one sunscreen. How? With a 3-in-1 primer sunscreen. Will I be able to go foundation-free this summer?

It’s Primer Sun. Let me introduce Primer Sun, the product that finally put an end to my years-long search for the perfect sunscreen. With its simple design and compact size, Primer Sun is perfect for carrying around.
When you compare it to AirPods, you can really tell how tiny it is, right? It’s the perfect size to fit comfortably in one hand.
Before use, shake the bottle up and down 3 to 5 times. The bottle contains a built-in shaking ball that helps mix the contents, so you’ll hear a rattling sound.
The texture is light and smooth, like a lotion. That made it easy to apply. It’s a lightweight serum, so you only need a small amount for sun protection—just a tiny bit goes a long way.
When you first apply it, you'll notice a subtle sheen. Once it's quickly absorbed, it transforms into a soft, natural glow.
I tried applying the primer sunscreen to my face. It didn’t look cakey or white, but naturally covered my pores and brightened my complexion. I recommend using just the primer sunscreen on days when you’re outdoors and need to reapply sunscreen frequently, or on days when you want a natural look without feeling heavy.
I applied the Primer Sun to protect my skin from UV rays and cover my pores, and then tried applying foundation over it. Usually, when you apply foundation over sunscreen, the foundation tends to smudge or doesn’t blend well into the skin. However, since the Primer Sun acts as a primer, it covered my pores while creating a natural glow, resulting in a much more beautiful complexion.
A missed first meeting—I’ve been waiting for it to reopen ever since
Actually, I first encountered Primer Line after the project had unfortunately already ended. But thanks to the encore project, I’ve finally gotten the chance to try it out. (A wish come true! ✨)
Given the nature of crowdfunding—where funds are raised over a set period and products or services are provided only to participants—it’s hard to reconnect with people once the project ends. That’s why I’ve been dragging my feet for months, just leaving a request for the project to reopen.
