Every so often, we hear about a famous celebrity signing with an agency. You might think, "I've been doing well without an agency, why should I sign with one? I should get a share of the profits.

After a while. you're in the media more than you were before, and at some point you've even gone beyond just being a celebrity and become top-tier and have a long run. Yes, that's right. The agency was a cheat key to help me manage the little things like scheduling, and even strategize to become better.

Wadiz, we want to create an environment in Korea where new challenges are natural. For a challenge to be natural? It needs two things: 1. It shouldn't be difficult. And two. It needs to have a sweet taste of success. Because if you think, "Isn't it hard?" or "Is this working?" you can try again, try bigger, try bolder.
